We want you to love your YUNNU order. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
You may return your items within 90 days of receiving the last item in your order, including weekends and public holidays, for any reason. Items should be in their original condition, unused and undamaged.
How to Submit a Return or Cancellation Request
Please initiate your request through your customer account at: https://account.yunnustudio.com Log in, go to "Orders", select the relevant order, and submit a return or cancellation request.
Returning Your Items
After submitting your return request, please send the items back within 14 days. We will provide a prepaid return label — return shipping is on us.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled. Please submit a cancellation request through your customer account at: https://account.yunnustudio.com
Refunds
Once we receive your returned items, we will process your refund within 14 days using the same payment method as your original purchase. The refund will include any standard outbound shipping cost you paid.
Exemptions
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items made to your specifications or clearly personalized
- Sealed goods not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery
- Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
